WHAT IS LAGREE?

A low-impact approach that is gentle on the joints combined with its high-intensity method to tighten and tone the muscles, making the Lagree method suitable for all individuals at any fitness level! Think slow, controlled movements with added resistance, quick transitions, and constant core engagement.

It’s Pilates
It’s Lagree

The Lagree Method is performed exclusively on the patented Megaformer, offering a workout experience unlike anything else. While the Megaformer draws inspiration from the traditional Pilates reformer, Lagree is not Pilates. Pilates emphasizes low-impact, low-intensity exercises focused on breathing, body awareness, and control. In contrast, Lagree is a low-impact, high-intensity workout rooted in strength training and endurance, designed to challenge and sculpt the body.
