The Lagree Method is performed exclusively on the patented Megaformer, offering a workout experience unlike anything else. While the Megaformer draws inspiration from the traditional Pilates reformer, Lagree is not Pilates. Pilates emphasizes low-impact, low-intensity exercises focused on breathing, body awareness, and control. In contrast, Lagree is a low-impact, high-intensity workout rooted in strength training and endurance, designed to challenge and sculpt the body.

Welcome to D Lagree Studio, where fitness meets inspiration! From the moment you step inside, you’ll feel the energy of a studio designed to make you want to work out.

Emilee’s Lagree journey began in 2018 while she was living in Chicago. From her very first class, she fell in love with the method and couldn’t imagine a future without it. The combination of challenge, intensity, and transformation made Lagree a core part of her life.

After moving to Hendersonville in 2021, Emilee immediately noticed the need for a Lagree studio in her new community. Inspired by her own experience and love for the method, she began dreaming of bringing it closer to home.

Now, three years later, Emilee is thrilled to introduce D Lagree Studio, sharing the workout she loves with an incredible community. She’s passionate about helping others discover the same strength, confidence, and energy that Lagree has given her.

Beyond the studio, Emilee is a devoted wife, proud mother, and lifelong fitness enthusiast. Her goal is to create a welcoming space where everyone—from beginners to seasoned fitness lovers—can feel supported, empowered, and inspired to achieve their goals.

Have Questions?

If you’re under 18, you must be accompanied by a parent, with a minimum age of 16.  

IS THERE AN AGE LIMIT?

Each class is full body and open to EVERYONE, whether you’re a first timer or a regular! 

All classes MUST be canceled through our app or the online portal. Cancellations must be done 12 hours prior to class start time in order to avoid penalties. 

WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL CLASS?

Yes! We love that the Lagree Method is safe for expecting Mamas! However, please reach out to your doctor beforehand. If you’re cleared, please let us know when you arrive that you’re expecting so we can offer you the proper modifications. 

CAN I DO THIS PREGNANT?

For your first class, we ask that you arrive at least 10 minutes early so we can welcome you to the studio and get you familiar with the machine. If you’re a returning client, we have a 5 minute grace period. After that, our doors will be locked and your class will be marked as a no-show. 

WHAT IF I’M RUNNING LATE?

Yes! We require you to wear socks WITH grips on the bottom. This keeps you safe on the machine and also keeps our studio clean! Don’t own any grip socks? No worries! We have plenty available for purchase at the studio! 

DO I HAVE TO WEAR GRIP SOCKS?

WHICH CLASS IS A BEGINNER CLASS? 

There are plenty of well lit parking spaces right in front of our studio! 

WHERE DO I PARK?

We are located at 118 Saundersville Rd. Suite 130. In between Sherwin Williams and SimpliHOM. 

Workout attire that you can move comfortably in! We don’t recommend anything baggy, as it makes it harder to move about the machine.
